Après avoir tergiversé pour réaliser une bière non-IPA, mes ingrédients m'orientent vers ce style, j'ai donc penser à une IPA simcoe/Centenniale (association jamais testée) en m'inspirant de [url]cette recette du Nain[http://univers-biere.net/rec_strong_ipa2.php/url] . Je vais réaliser un brassage température monopalier, je penser utiliser de l'US-05 pour la fermentation et un dry hopping en fermentation secondaire avec du Centennial (~ 1semaine).
Avez vous- déjà testé cette association ? L'équilibre vous semble correct ?
