bottled; labelled as "la bière de soif de la BFM" and according to the brewmaster, this is the farthest he can go with compromises ... - hazy coppered colour with a little foam; the aroma is a bit earthy with lingering notes of grapefruit, almond and orange; medium-bodied with a high carbonation, some tartness and a very respectable bitterness; the finish shows a long earthy maltiness and is moderately dry
draught, april-2004 - hazy copper colour with a nice creamy head, nice lacing, discreet earthy aroma, smooth, low carbonation, sweet with a dry earthy finish

Slightly hazy amber with a vaguely creamy, off-white head. Weak, fruity nose. Rather light body with vague notes of caramel and a light fruitiness. Markedly dry and bitter finish with a heavy sediment. Somehow reminds me of an English bitter.

Merci d'avance,
Dominique
